Lo Studio, la Progettazione e la Costruzione delle nostre cabine viene eseguita esclusivamente in Italia.
PROGETTAZIONE: La progettazione delle cabine viene eseguita tramite programmi software che lavorano in ambiente 3D da personale esperto e preparato che da anni collabora con noi. Questo processo di progettazione ci permette di accorciare i tempi di realizzazione dei particolari che compongono la cabina. Sebbene si faccia uso di questo sofisticato sistema, solo dopo una attenta analisi e verifica, eseguendo il montaggio della cabina sulla macchina, viene messa in produzione come prodotto finito.
FUNZIONALITÀ: l’ampio vano di accesso al posto guida, i grandi cristalli del frontale e dei laterali, rendono la cabina OMGA agevole e confortevole offrendo all’operatore la massima visibilità sia su strada che sul terreno di lavoro. L’ottimale veduta delle ruote anteriori attraverso gli ampi lunotti consente il completo controllo della macchina.
SILENZIOSITÀ: essendo in ferro profilato, le ns. cabine, non sono soggette ai rumori di risonanza che vengono trasmesse dalla macchina.
DURATA: essendo costruita in ferro profilato, con uno spessore di 5mm anziché 1,5mm, tutte le parti saldate, avvitate tengono alle varie sollecitazioni cui è sottoposto il trattore. Le cabine sono trattare in CATAFORESI e verniciate a polvere, il che garantisce la massima durata nel tempo contro gli effetti atmosferici e chimici (trattamenti di coltivazione). La verniciatura viene eseguita da ditte specializzate e certificate ISO 9002. Le cabine sono a norma CEE in quanto montate sull’arco di protezione del trattore. I materiali di ottima qualità utilizzati per la realizzazione dei singoli componenti di una cabina permettono grande versatilità e robustezza. Il Tetto è in lamiera d’acciaio con nervature appositamente studiate per garantire la necessaria rigidità, e completato con pannello fonoassorbente. Il Frontale è in laminato in ferro con cristalli temperati fissi o apribili con sollevatori pneumatici. I Laterali sono in ferro con cristalli temperati fissi o apribili. Le Porte sono in ferro con serrature con chiave, con cristalli temperati completi di relativi stipiti oppure fiancate, per il facile montaggio ed eventuali pedane. Il Lunotto posteriore superiore apribile con sollevatori pneumatici è in ferro cristalli temperati. Il Lunotto posteriore inferiore è in ferro e cristallo temperato.

Essendo il prodotto completamente modulare è possibile acquistare la cabina completa oppure solo il tetto con frontale per poi completare la cabina con i restanti particolari (laterali, porte, posteriore, inferiore). Questo metodo di costruzione permette di agevolare il trasporto in quanto il volume delle cabine risulta molto compatto. Le cabina viene inviata al cliente con relativo sistema di montaggio, viti e staffe. L’azienda offre un supporto tecnico telefonico. Nei servizi offerti dalla OMGA vi è la possibilità di montare la cabina presso la nostra sede.

PLANIFICATION : La planification des cabines est effectué par programmes software qui travaillent dans l’environnement 3D par personnel expert et préparé que depuis années collabore avec nous. Ce procès de planification nous permet de réduire les temps de réalisation des détails qui composent la cabine. Même si on utilise ce système sophistiqué, seulement après une analyse et une vérification attentives, effectuant le montage de la cabine sur la machine, est mise en production come produit fini.
FONCTIONNALITÉ : Le grand espace d’accès à la place de conduite, les grandes vitres frontales et latérales, rendent la cabine OMGA aisé et confortable en offrant une visibilité maximale sur la route et sur le terrain de travail. La vue optimale des roues antérieures à travers les larges vitres permet un contrôle total de la machine.
ABSENCE DE BRUIT : étant en fer profilé, nos cabines, ne sont pas soumises aux bruits de résonance qui sont transmis par la machine.
DURÉE : étant en fer profilé, avec une épaisseur de 5 mm plutôt que 1,5 mm, toutes les parties soudées, vissées tiennent aux différentes sollicitations auxquelles est soumis le tracteur. Les cabines sont traitées en CATAPHORÈSE et vernies à poudre, ça assure la durée maximale dans le temps contre les effets atmosphériques et chimiques (traitements de culture). La peinture est
Effectuée par entreprises spécialisées et certifiées ISO 9002. Les cabines sont conformes CEE car elles sont montées sur l’arc de protection du tracteur. Les matériaux d’excellente qualité utilisés pour la réalisation de chaque élément d’une cabine permettent grande versatilité et robustesse. Le toit est en tôle d’acier avec nervures spécialement étudiées pour garantir la rigidité nécessaire, et complété avec panneau insonorisant. La partie frontale est en fer laminé avec cristaux tempérés fixes ou ouvrables. Les portes sont en fer avec serrures avec clé, avec cristaux tempérés avec relatifs montants ou parois latérales, pour un montage facile et éventuels marchepieds. La lunette arrière supérieure ouvrable avec élévateurs pneumatiques est en fer et cristaux tempérés. La lunette arrière inférieure est en fer et cristaux tempérés.
ACCESSOIRES : Essuie-glace électrique, essuie-glace manuel, rétroviseurs, phares, chauffage.
Puisque le produit complètement modulaire est possible acheter la cabine complète ou seulement le toit avec le front pour ensuite compléter la cabine avec les autres détails (côtés, portes, postérieur, inferieur). Cette méthode de construction permet de faciliter le transport car le volume des cabines est très compact. La cabine est envoyée au client avec relatif système de montage, vis et étriers. DESIGN: Our cabins’ design is performed through software programs that works in 3D environments by experienced and prepared staff who for years collaborate with us. This design process allows us to reduce the time of realization of details that make up the cabin. Even if we use this sophisticated system, only after a careful analysis and verification, by assembling the cabin on the machine, is put into production as finished product.
FUNCTIONALITY: The wide access compartment to the driver’s seat, the large crystals of the front and sides, make the cabin OMGA comfortable by offering to the operator the maximum visibility both on the road and on the working ground. The optimal view of the front wheels through the large rear windows allows the complete control of the machine.
SILENCE: Being made of profiled iron, our cabins aren’t subject to the resonance noises transmitted by the machine.
DURABILITY: Being built of profiled iron, with a thickness of 5mm instead of 1,5mm, every welded and screwed parts withstand every solicitation that the tractor is subjected. Cabins are treated in CATAPHORESIS and powder coated, this guaranteed the maximum durability against atmospheric and chemical effects (cultivation treatments). Specialized and certified ISO 9002 companies do the coating. Cabins are in accordance with CEE because are mounted on the protection arc of the tractor. The high quality materials used for the realization of the individual components of a cabin allows great versatility and robustness. The roof is made of steel sheet with ribs specially designed to guarantee the necessary rigidity, completed with sound-absorbing panel. The front is in laminated iron with fixed or openable tempered crystals with pneumatic lifts. The sides are in iron with fixed or openable tempered crystals. The doors are in iron with key locks, with tempered crystals complete with their jambs or sides, for easy mounting and possible platforms. The upper rear window openable with pneumatic lifts is in iron and tempered crystal. The lower roar window is in iron and tempered crystal.
ACCESSORIES: Automatic wiper, manual wiper, mirrors, couple of work lights, heating.
As the product is modular, it’s possible to buy the complete cabin or only the roof with front and then complete the cabin with the remaining details (sides, doors, rear, lower). This construction method allows to facilitate the transport as the cabins’ volume is very compact. The cabin is sent to the costumer with its mounting system, screws and brackets.
